My dream holiday would be to hire a car and spend the whole Summer traveling through Europe. I would sample all the provincial cuisine, le vin, le fromage and anything else that caught my fancy. At the moment this is just a goal to be work towards, but what I can do, is take part in a European mini break each month.
Oh, I hear you ask, “How exactly are you able to do that?”

Well, I have been alerted to this website, Europe In A Box. Europe in a Box promotes cultural diversity and celebrates European-Australian cross-cultural exchanges, through the love of food.
I need to come clean with you… I will not be going to Europe each month, Europe will be coming to me.
Europe in a Box, European Country Kitchen
Europe in a box highlights several European culinary destinations each month by packaging an ever-changing mix of hand-picked authentic foods and drinks imported from Europe. In addition, because they believe the story behind the product is what takes it from the ordinary to the extraordinary, Europe in a Box is also packed with educational, cultural and culinary information.
The mission is to bring the love of all things European to as wide an audience as possible.
It all sounds perfect for me. I love getting surprise packages in the mail, particularly when food is involved, and I am having European travel withdrawals.

Love it! Way to keep things fun and exciting, can’t wait to see what you get up to. Things are always more exciting when you’re taking them out of a box huh haha. I’ve never really traveled anywhere in my life (apart from the really nearby countries) and I can’t wait to finally be able to save up to plan my first real holiday to somewhere completely foreign! The less English there the better haha. Thinking Europe would be a great place to start
